Barndominium Plan B1440
Eco-friendly barndominiums are the homes of the future, and this classic ranch-style design is a perfect example. With timeless curb appeal, it fits beautifully into any neighborhood. Originally designed as a conventional stick-built home, the plan can easily be modified for steel or post-frame construction—offering flexibility to suit your build preferences.
Inside, the open-concept layout seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating an airy and unobstructed flow ideal for family living and entertaining. Full-length front and rear porches provide generous outdoor spaces for relaxing or hosting gatherings.
The master suite features a spacious walk-in closet and a double vanity, while bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full-size bathroom. Whether you prefer a rustic interior or a modern farmhouse look with shiplap walls, this home offers endless design potential—and can even be expanded into a larger custom layout to fit your family’s needs.
